now at the time of agreement A thinks to buy home on B name as first name and A name as second name
is it possible ?

however B has marriage certificate
Can B write her name like B A C( whr B is wife name)(A is her husbnd name) (c is surname of husbnd)
bec at this point she has all docs named B D E(where B is her name)(D is her fathr name)(E is fathr surname)
is it create any problem in future
even B holds passport in which she has fathr surname but in husbnd columm thr is husbnd name specified
