having already purchased a flat in ansal greno, was looking for an investment where max 30 lacs goes now and rest can be paid after 2-3 years max. This shud have highest probability of apreciation so that it can be sold at end of 2-3 yrs to buy another bigger property. Some options where i am confused is to choose between a flat again or plot.
Regarding flats options evaluated r:
1. Jaypee wish town 1-2 bhk, namely klassic,kosmos,kube 935, casa isles.
2. 1bhk or smaller 2bhk in 137,143 or even 150.
3. Paras tiera as 50:50 plan.
4. Any other project where 50:50 plan is there.
5. Sectors 7x 1bhk or 2 bhk smaller size.
6. Gaur city 2 nex.
For plots i have considered:
1. Paramount villa greno.
2. Jaypee yew plots.
3. Supertech yew plots.
4. Bhiwadi plots.
Any help to narrow down the choices and make a good sensible decision is highly appreciated.
