Needed Review of VastuShashtra for below three Flat Layouts

I wanted a help on reviewing the Vastu layout for the below 5 flat specifications. I have also updated the Compass directions.

It would be really helpful if you can provide your review on all the specifications and let me know out of 5 which one is the best.
