Hi, i would like some feedback on an Uruli Kanchan Plot Project by Sairung Developers. The name of the project is Yash Nagar. It is around 25 kms from Hadapsar on Pune-Solapur Highway and another 6 kms on a perpendicular road (right side) to the highway. The price being quoted is Rs. 550 per sqft.
Would be grateful if someone could share any feedback or even their thoughts on whether this could be a good investment opportunity with an investment horizon of 5-7 years.
