The site is kind of behind the Shikara Estate, roughly 700 mtrs inside. Around 5 kms from Panvel Station. Village name is Vihigiri.They have 512 houses for the defence which will be a separate society. The rest of 15 acre land is row house and Bunglow.
They initially had plan for 350 apts of 1 and 2 bhk.But seems like they are going to scrap them to make more bungalows and row house. Atypical row house on 45smtr land has 1 bhk and the 100 Sq Mtr is G+1 of 2bhk.Rate quoted is 30 lakh and 50 lakh.All inclusive, bungalows for 75 lakh ( 200 SQMTR ).
They say once it goes under CIDCO there is a possibility of 1:4 FSI.
Does anyone have any idea, what is better Rowhouse or Flat.Has anyone else seen this project.
Is it worth to put money in Rowhouse.
