I am looking for 2BHK Flats in Indirapuram, Vaishali Vasundhra & Noida. I have following needs:

• Society flat
• Ready to move
• Near to amenities
• Reachable through local transportation
• Within radius of 2-3 km from metro station
• Power Backup and good security
• Good locality
• Budget 40 to 45 lacs

I know that my budget is too tight but does it make sense to look a property with above specifications? Do you have any properties in mind which could meet it?


I have thought of Shipra Suncity and Shipra Riveria. How are they?
