Hi everyone, I'm looking for a low budget apartment in Electronics city around 2800 Rs./Sqft. It need not have amenities like swimming pool, gym etc and need not be a gated community also. Please suggest some property if you know.
Also, what are the things to look for before buying the apartment ? Should the approval be BDA and not Panchayat ? What about the water facilities in EC ? Will 2 borewells be enough for a 40 flat apartment ? It will be great if you can direct me to a link where the basics of buying a home are explained.
