HI All seniors, There is a DTCP approved layout called 'Crescent Aurora' in Thaiyur village , which is 2 to 3 km from OMR road (Akshaya today). In this layout 350 plots in three fixed sizes area vailable with a very strict price of 1699 Rupees per sq.ft. The available sizes are 800 sq.ft, 1800 sq.ft and 2400 sq ft and some uneven shaped plots which comes nearer to 2000 sq.ft.
I am aiming to buy a 800 sq.ft (20 X 40 ) plot, for my own investment hoping that OMR and Siruseri#s proximity of 4 to 5 km would surely will yield a good retuns in next 4 to 5 years or may become a good location for building my dream duplex nest in this 800 sq.ft plot.

Could any of the existing owners of Aurora Layout or members with explored knowledge of this layout please advice me.
As I investigated throughly in this area, this is the only DTCP layout aailable in this area.
The other layouts available in this zone are:
Midwood Avenue Phase 1 (quoted around 1500 Rs),
and krishna nagar quoted around (1500 Rs also),
but both which are only panchayath approved , and not DTCP approved.
I was informed that Midwood avenue is launching a 2nd phase, which will be quoted around 2000 Rs in next two months it seems.
Also one more layout called Ravera Garden is launched in next 2 months, (as there is a long time pending from this promoter in regards of DTCP approval isue), which also is going to be 2000 Rs per sq.ft.
I think, Auroro is good bet at this time to chase a good price and location. Your comments are very much awaited, If my perception is wrongin any sense on this decision.
