Feedback Needed on Trifecta Builders

Hi ,

I saw the new project by Trifecta builders ,off Sarjapur road . The plan and location looks good. Only concern I face now , is the credibility of the builder. Trifecta doesn't have any completed projects. Looks like this builder has some connection with Adithya constructions who has the project called Elixir in whitefield. I am not sure if its a rebranded version or a branch off from Adithya. Could anyone help on the credibility of this builder ? Also they have a project called Trifecta Esplanade , in Kadugodi . Could anyone here who has booked a flat in Esplanade , please share your feedback ?
