Documents to be checked from builder before buying.

Hi all,
Can we have a sticky where all documents/certificates etc a builder should have in place for a project so that buyers know that the project is cleared by local authorities(Noida Specific).
I will put down a few here and maybe we can make a one stop knowledgebase to help new buyers.
1. Completion Certificate
2. Commencement certificate of work.
3. Approved building plans.
4. Title deeds
5. Development agreements.
Please add more as i do not have much knowledge.
