I am looking to buy a plot of land or kothi in Dhakoli. I see that the prices are under Rs28,000/Gaj.

1. How is Dhakoli to live? I am not looking for investment. I am looking for a home to live.

2. What are the good schools within 4-5 kilometers?

3. What are the good localities I should look around to find the plot/kothi?

4. What price can I expect to pay?

I am looking to buy something under 150 gaj.
