Stamp duty payment by online bank transfer

Hi all,

I have done stamp duty payment by online bank transfer in other cities, but in Pune, Builder/Broker advising that it has to be a DD.

DD in favour of WMDC Ltd.

Has anybody completed stamp duty payment by online transfer in Pune?
