I am planning a to buy a 1 BHK flat in anchor ,evershine city ,vasai E at around 32 lakh.Is it a good decision....I have seen vina dynacity ,vrindavan garden,agarwal ,shanti lifespaces,durvaas projects in vasai... but they seem to be costlier than anchor....What will be the pros and cons if i invest in it .....I am looking for investment purpose....
