Which area would be good to buy a flat in Bangalore

Hello everyone,

I work in an IT company and most probably my office will be either in Whitefield or Electronic City(if i switch in couple of years). I want to buy flat but confused about the location since I am an end user and that's the reason I am thinking too much :(

I want to stay somewhere in middle from where both techparks should be easily accessible. I don't want to drive more than 10 kms because it's a pain driving in Bangalore.

I know certain area like bellandur and sarjapur road but don't know the in and out of these area. Probably i will have to do some more homework but input from someone who stays in these ares would be helpful for me.

I am concerned about the water problems, connectivity, future rentals, connectivity to the main road, markets and how much good would be the property appreciation. Since i am looking for immediate possession so area should be livable. I have been going through some some threads and came to know that there are many location on Sarjapur road which has yet not become livable.(it would take 4-5 years)

There are lots of small builders in these areas but don't much about their quality.
Since I don't have big budget so i am considering all the factors.

Any suggestion would be helpful for me.Thanks :)
