2. What are the documents that one should verify, related to abadi land while buying a plot in noida.
I plan to visit a property on Noida - GN expressway. Where the developer has plots. I had a chat with him on the phone and he mentioned the following things
1. Abadi Plot can not be accquired by authority [Can we verify by some document/ master plan]
2. Permission to build G+2
3. He is providing sewer / Light Poles and road within the colony. we will have to take the electricity connection on our own.
Offering a rate of 21000 per Sq Yard.
Any advice regarding documents and rates. Plan it to buy for investment medium to long term.
