Palm Grove

Dear All

I was thinking of investing in
Palm Grove in Chandapura Anekal Rd beside KHB.

Seems like builder is moderately new. Can anyone please give some idea if we think from investment / living point of view ?

Palm Groves at Chandapura Rs.2100/- p.s.f

They are also offering No pre EMI till possession...
