Query on Vasudha Parnika, Balewadi

Hi,

I am searcing a 2 BHK falt in and around Balewadi with the budhget of 55 Lac. With that budget I can find one project- Vasudha Parnika. The size of the flat is 815 SQFT. Does anybody have any idea about this project?
