Ravet 1 BHK at 3700psf.is it geed deal?/

Hi All,

last weekend i visited some projects in Ravet.
Divine Homes by Dhrushtri developers looks ok for my budget.
We negotiated it upto 3700psf. It has both 1 bhk and 2 bhk. Construction has started.
1bhk available in 654 and 690 while 2 bhk are in 984 and 994 version.
Possession after 2 years i.e 2015 aug.Aproved by all banks(SBI also).
Exact location is just back side of Celestial City by Rama Group.
I am confused to take decision.I am interested for 1Bhk.(Investement only).
So i want to ask whether this 3800 rate is worth in this area.
is ravet really have potential to grow in coming days.
