I am about to take possession of my flat which I had booked with a builder in Thane. I have taken a loan for this flat from axis bank. Need help on the following qestions:
1) Prior to taking possession what all documents do I have to take from the builder (The builder has still not received the occupation certificate) so that I do not have any problems in future in selling my flat and closing the mortgage with the bank
2) What all documents will I have to give the bank on taking possession
3) Anything else that one needs to check prior to taking possesion.
