Alta vida - omr.

I was looking at an apartment in OMR.. And found this interesting project called ALTA VIDA by YUGA Homes.

Project Location: OPP to SSN ENGG College & Vijay Shanthi Lotus Pond in OMR.

I had a site visit and saw the model apartment. Quite impressed with their plans.

They quoted me.. 2950/sqft and around 33-34Lacs for 2BHK with everything. But For 1000sqft... They're offering the UDS around 320sqft. which is like 32% Is that a fair deal ? considering it for future investment.

Also, they mentioned the carpet area is around 768sqft

Do you guys think its a fair deal for future investment ? I'm planning to move in there by 2014. So looking at all the aspects.

My concern is about the per sqft rate. If you've already purchased from them, Did you get any type of discounts ?

PS: If you know any better projects that you've booked or heard about, In and around OMR, Thoraipakkam. Let me know.. I'm interested to checkout that as well.
