Ready to move in apartment in Noida under 60 lakhs.

Hi everybody,
I am planning to move to noida by march next year. So am also looking for ready to move properties there.
Can anybody tell me what all projects are ready for possession and what are their current rates ??

What project you guys suggest, will be livable in next 3-4 months.
