I am looking for a 2BHK flat in West Pune with the below specifications to quote a few.
- Budget: Upto 40L
- Built-up area: ~1000 SFT
- Possession: No hurry of possession (the later the better ;))
- Proximity: Equidistant to Hinjewadi & Yerwada
- Areas Preferred: Pashan, Baner, Wakad, PCMC or the 3 Pimples
- Builders/Projects Preferred: Not very big (as they would be outta my budget) and even not Stand-alone ones. Medium sized projects preferred.
- Locality: Tidy surrounding locality preferred having all the basic necessities, with good connectivity (even at odd hours)
Request you all to please help me out with any related information that you might be having. I would also be doing my research along with these threads, and lets keep updating each other :D
