Regarding Mapsko buy back scheme

Dear All
I am looking for investment option and came to know abt mapsko casa bella buy back offer.
As per this scheme,need to pay whole amt in one month time and co is offering 48% buy back offer in 2 yrs time.

Kindly give ur feedback..is it good option or shd i look for some thing else.
I am india for a short time so need to make decision as soon as possible.
