Need expert advice on 3 BHK Area near to salt lake,New Town AA1,Lake town,Kestopur,Baguihati etc..

Hi Friends,

I am new to Kolkata and and thinking to buy a 3 BHK flat ready to move in 4-5 months of approx 1100-1200 sq feet.My budget is around 35 lakh (including all like car parking etc).but I can streched my budget upto 1-2 lakh if I can get flat in good location.I have sorted out some areas like: Area near to salt lake,New Town AA1,Lake town,Kestopur,Baguihati etc..

Expert please suugest if I can go for any other good location as my office is in Rajarhaat.Also I want the flat for living purpose not as investment purpose.I can go for resale flat also if location is good.

Expert advice needed.
