Govt Taxes for New Property in Noida

Hi All

I looked for any discussion on this topic but was unsuccessful so far. So I would really appreciate any help, advice and/or info on the issue of govt taxes on new property purchase.

I am looking into purchasing an apt in Kasablanca, Jaypee Greens, NOIDA. It was announced mid-2012 and construction starts in a few months. I have opted for PDP payment scheme. But nowhere its clear what the taxes will work out to be for various elements - from basic price to the extras.

I would be most grsteful if someone could provide some info on this.
