basic cost for a 2BHK house in Bangalore South

Hi ,
What is the cost happend if i planed to construct home in Blore and cost for a single 2BHC with in 30x40 site with parking in the ground and house in the first floor.

Please appreciate your inputs in theres of cost/sqft or how much amount basicaly need for the construction
