I plan to buy a property in Mumbai. Based on my budget, I shortlisted it down to Ambernath/Badlapur.
I narrowed down to a few projects and if its possible, can someone provide a quick feedback whether its worth investing in any of these, based on their location, transportation means etc.
I would be glad to get any +ve/-ve aspects of the location of any of these projects i.e. whether they are fit for residential purpose and what are the chances of good appreciation etc.
If you guys can help me out by shortlisting any of them , that would be great.
