I wanted to buy a 2 BHK where going ahead i am planning to move in with my family. Am new to pune so would require some guidance/help from fellow member to narrow down on the area where i can buy one. Some of the pointers i am conidering.
1) Am working in Hinjewadi so will be looking for in its vicinity.
2) Family and extended fmaily stays in mumbai so again proximity to mumbai-pune.
3) Open to invest in an under construction.
4) Being born and brought up , am always been living in cramped spaces be it my home, office, transport. So am looking for a society with a good amount of open space in it.
5) Budget can be streched to 50L.
6) A 2BHK apartment.
7) Spouse will be working in Pune city as in her profession major of the firms are in the city. So again proximity to Pune city.
Your suggestions in terms of location or any specific project would be appreciated.
