I wanted to purchase one property. Found one plot (1500 sqft) at Royal avenue, ariyamangalam, Near SIT college, Trichy dist. Its near Trichy-Tanjore NH. Also near to my existing house at trichy. I am working in PSU, transferable job for every 6 yrs. Posting will not be in trichy for the next 30 years. My parents are at trichy. Cost of that plot is Rs 1650/sqft.TN govt guideline value is Rs 1100/sqft. Is it worth?
