Looking for UC under 50L

Hi,

I am looking for a under constructed for under 50L preferably around e-way. I am not in hurry for completion so can wait for 3-5 years.

Some options, I am interested however would like to know the resale or new launch prices for

Projects in sector-137, 135, 168 and 143.

I was also exploring JP - they are slow to deliver but quality and density might be better than rest...
