Current Selling Price for 6M Residential Plot in Sector 38 , Gurgoan and its future prospects

I have 6M residential plot in HUDA Sector 38 , Gurgoan . I am staying out of Delhi so please suggest me the current market Price . Please also suggest me if it is good time to sale this property and future prospects of the same .

I do not want to construct this property and ultimately it is for investment purpose and have to sale it one day .
