A friend has been looking around for a 3 BHK flat in Kalyani Nagar & he has been showed one in Siddharth Ganga Tower Co-Op Hsg Soc, next to Solaris Health Club in Lane 10, Kalyani Nagar.
It is furnished except the white goods & the broker has quoted 1 Cr for it. Sq ft area is 1400 sq ft, including 2 balconies.
I went & saw the building & could see it was half completed. Does anyone know the story behind it? Why did the developer not complete this? Exactly behind this building is the Trump Tower by Pancshil.What confused me further was that it is already a Co-Operative Hsg Soc...a half completed building can be a CHS?
Area is good no doubt but I have my own reservations about a half completed structure like this. The gentry seem to be good & the biggest draw that my friend has is the "Trump Tower" neighborhood. Is that of any positive consequence as such?
