Help finding a new house (builder floor)

I zeroed in on 3-4 areas.

Thiruverkadu, Mangadu, Iyyapanthangal

Poonamallee

Kovur, Kundrathur.

I need a 2BHK builder floor house (preferrably new, over 800sq.ft) in those areas. My budget is around 30L (max. 32L). Please post any good property in these localities at this price range. I would also prefer a independent old house. But i know they don't fit in my budget.

Also, I want to know what are the pros and cons of a builder floor apartment over a multistorey apartment.
