How to check if LOGIX project BLOSSOM GREEN AND ZEST are Approved by NA?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a flat in ZEST or BLOSSOM GREENS but I come to know that there is a problem with these project with NA. How can I make sure that these projects are safe and has all approvals.
