Looking for a flat/plot near Chandigarh in the range of 40-50 lakhs for investment

This is a best and most informative forum I have ever visited and now finally I am part of it. This is my first post.

I am looking to buy a plot or a flat for investment purposes and am ready to wait for 3-4 years for possession.

Can anybody suggest me some option in Zirakpur, Mullanpur etc
