i have a 2 BHK flat in talegaon in pune .the flat is located in Flora city which close to the NH4.(old bombay pune high way).i had purchased this flat two years back .please tell me whether I should hold the flat or sell it off. will there be any substantive appreciation in the coming years i this area. please tell me .
