I am buying a flat at Crossings republik in resale. The seller is the first allottee. Given above, following are my queries:
1) Do I need to get done mutation during the execution of the sales deed? Is it required at Crossings?
2) If you buy from the builder, the latter gives you reciepts of payments as and when the same are made. How and individual seller should give me a reciept when I make the initial payments? What kind of format/document is legally viable?
3) The possession of the property was given to the seller in August 2011.
What all taxes etc for the one year the buyer should have had paid?
(GNN/GDA tax etc)
4) Cam someone recommend a good advocate who can help us execute the sale?
Is there any other special point to remember during the purchase? I am not experienced in buying resale propertis..Thanks for your help.
