Hello RE experts, request your invaluable advise. I have a shop at ILD Trade Centre (1st fl) that I am looking to sell. It was purchased as an investment with a monthly rental expectation, but the investment has not evolved as per expectations.
Could you share some thoughts on should I:
1. Hold? If yes, then how do you see the area developing, and demand for retail commercial in the area
2. Sell? What will be a reasoanble expectation.
