I own 3 of the 5 sub-divided Community Hall Plots from a 1983 layout, divided 10 years after DTCP approval of the layout. The layout promoter is no more and I have a valid patta for these sub-divided plots. How to find out whether the sub-division is proper and the plots I hold are saleable?
