I came across gated community in Vidyanagar, 0.5km from NH7 main road, Classmate enclave, it's just opposite venkateshwara engineering college and telecom society woods enclave . They are quoting Rs 3100 sqft pre-lauch offer and have BIAPPA approval. As it very close to main road, it looks a livable place with shops nearby. Is it worth buying at this price ? your feedback will help me in deciding the plot. Thanks
