Amrapali Dream Valley vs Leisure Park

Hi,

I am really confused between the two projects of Amrapali i.e. Dream Valley and Leisure Park. I want to buy 2 BHK flat in Noida Extension. I have found Leisure Park is having good floor plan as compare to Dream Valley. But not sure about the other pros\cons.

My Budget is from 25 to 30 Lakh.

Please let me know the advantages \ disadvantages of both the projects.

Which one should i prefer ?
