I got a mail from my broker about a possible prelaunch of a new project in sector 79 noida.
the pre-launch rate is 4000(tentative)
I have two questions though
1. How is sector 79 from end user perspective with expected possession in 2-3 yrs. Also, if someone can enlighten how will it be from investment point of view
2. How is Gaur's reputation as a builder?
