I apologize for creating a new thread for this but its a bit urgent.
I just today got a demand from Jaypee regarding service tax charges. It mentions that service charge for IDC, EDC, ESSC that they charged earlier was 2.575 % (In Jan 2012) and now they have been informed that it should be 10.3%. Hence they have send a new demand for pending service charge (@7.725%).
Has anyone else got the same ?
