B Khatha eligiblity for Bank Loan

Hi All,


I came across to know about B Khata Plot ,Is it possible to get bank loan for plot purchase? Will bank fund money for B Khata Property?

Any body got loan from Bank for "B" plot?

I heard only other finiancial institutions are providing loan(Tatacaplital, Shriram funds stc)

Need expert's advice...... thanks in advance
