I have finalized a 1bhk flat and need your advice on it.
Details are as:
1BHK 630Sq.ft +porch (40sqft)
Resale (2010 possession bldg).
Its a reg housing soc with lift and covered car parking.
The place is just 300mtrs from the viman nagar chowk from maruti showroom. behind inorbit mall.
thr are about 8-9 IT parks nearby.
The owner is asking 35L. Is this a good price or shd I negotiate further...
new properties of same area are costing almost in the range of 32-35L but have water problems where as this society has 24hours running water from corporation. I have double checked this and confirmed...
Please advice shd I buy this flat or look for some other property...
I work on nagar road in IT and have been working for > 7years in this area... I like this area and it also has big malls and it parks nearby....
