I am looking to invest in Noida and the area I am looking forward is sector 7x / 137 /120. I am not interested in Jaypee locations , sector 168 or further away sectors. I am ok for projects where 50% /50% is available or project with towers in beginning state.
If someone can suggest some good options that will be great. I am not interested in NE or anywhere apart from Noida so please don't suggest me something which I am not going to buy.
Also anyone has any idea of new add of Pansheel Prathishta.. ?
