Finally after a long long wait, Greater Faridabad (commonly called by villagers as "Neharpar") as started emerging a Hot destination. The area has witness many project deliveries and various internationl schools education institutes, an are operational in D vincity. 3 malls and posh sectors are nearby (max distance is 2.5kms) and same upcoming metro would be less than 3 kms.
Bypass road is smooth by recent demolition drive, the are will see a rapid growth , in terms of money , investors already have seen bullishness in the area. 2BHK available under 20 in 2012 is no where available in 40lacs.
