Advise - Karan Goldcoast, Bavdhan

I am planning to book a 2 BHK in Karan Goldcoast Bavdhan.
They are offering 4900 psf and the total cost goes nearly 53-54 lakhs.
Can someone please advise whether it is a good deal also let me know about the builder.
