I'm planning to buy a property for myself.

# Salaried professional (60k PM)
# Down payment capability: ~10-13 Lakh (including registration etc charges)
# Office near NOIDA Sector 127 (Thinking of working here for *at-least* 3yrs)
# No. Of People: Living with parents & Planning to marry in next 1 or 2 year.
# Want to buy for myself.
# Confused between builder-floors and Apartments; preference - Apartments (on basis of what I've heard - security, facilities etc).
# What would be good - Loan for 10years or 20years?
# Please suggest properties as according to my profile (for both 10yr, 20yr loan tenure).
As I've no idea about property market, any suggestion would be appreciated.
