Conveyance deed for society

I have purchased a flat in Pune which is 8 years old, and the builder has not yet executed Conveyance deed in favour of society. Please let me know what is the procedure to get the conceyance deed, if we file an application at Sakar Sankul Pune, with the details of charges, the procedure for it and time period requird for the execution. It was mentioned in news that it has to be done in four months from date of filing the application. Will the procedure be completed on filing the application or we need to appoit a lawyer for the execution and follow-up.
